Yet amidst all this loveliness, perhaps today you feel under weather. You are melancholic, distressed, or even lonely, as if nobody is there to listen to your pain. You can't quite put your finger on it, but you are most definitely not "okay". Circumstances change, friends walk away, or you even turn your back on this whole Christian thing for a while. Because you tried to talk to Jesus, He just wouldn't listen. You asked for a miracle, but you got misery. What did you do wrong? Did He simply get fed up with you and replaced you with better, holier people? One thing's for sure, you're absolutely confused and angry.

You Are Loved! - Dealing With Sadness & Loneliness

Imprisonment of Meriam Ibrahim
Hebrews 13:3 NOG "Remember those in prison as if you were in prison with them. Remember those who are mistreated as if you were being mistreated."

Meriam Ibrahim is a Sudanese woman (married to a US citizen) who was recently imprisoned for refusing to deny Christ. Meriam was born to a Christian mother and a Muslim father, so in the eyes of Sudan, it automatically made her Muslim. But this was until the government discovered that she was truly a Christian... Her Christianity makes her an apostate (a crime in Sudan), and the only penalty to apostasy is torture and death. Meriam entered the Omdurman women's prison pregnant with her daughter, Maya, so the prison decided to punish her with 100 lashes and then kill her after the birth. This is directly from Satan himself!!!

"She's still on death row for her Christian faith. She faces torture - 100 lashes for marrying an American Christian - before she is to be hung. It's pure evil. Her son Martin, a toddler, and her newborn daughter Maya - both U.S. citizens - suffer in prison with her. Sudan has publicly stated that executing her for being a Christian isn't "violating human rights." In the same statement, it outrageously claimed it supports religious freedom." -Jay Sekulow, ACLJ Chief CounselWe, as being free, can do something... We can pray, intercede, contribute, sign petitions, ... But we can't let this go for anybody!
Galatians 5:23 NOG "You were indeed called to be free, brothers and sisters. Don’t turn this freedom into an excuse for your corrupt nature to express itself. Rather, serve each other through love."
I pray that Meriam and her children have the strength to survive victoriously and stand firm in Jesus... How blessed will they be when they enter heaven, but Lord willing not because of the hands of evil executers!
James 1:12 NOG "Blessed are those who endure when they are tested. When they pass the test, they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him."
You can help by signing the BeHeard Project petition here, and the petition for many other suffering brothers and sisters here.
Thank You Jesus for hearing us, I know that You are in control!!
I hope that you have a beautiful day praising and thanking the Lord for our freedom!

Prayers For My Grandpa
Shalom!
Could you all please pray for my grandpa? He was hospitalized on May 21st because he awoke at 4AM unable to breath... The doctors sent him back home on the 24th, but this morning (28th) my uncle told us that he was back at the hospital with the same problem.
My grandpa, Marcel, is my dad's father, but sadly doesn't believe in Christ... He knows about Jesus through the Catholic faith, but he openly says that he "doesn't need Him". Please pray for his soul, and for him to fear death enough that he will run back to Jesus. Like my dad says, "As long as there is life, there is hope." At 88 years old with heart failure problems, being hospitalized is no small matter... But with God's triumphant grace and power, we can rest assured that His hand will be in this all along the way!

| A train nearby my town... My grandpa LOVES trains! In fact, he was born in a train station. His father was a station master, and lived with his family just above the actual train station. |
2 Corinthians 4:4 "The god of this world has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. As a result, they don’t see the light of the Good News about Christ’s glory. It is Christ who is God’s image."

| My grandpa and I last summer... Notice the pink ribbon on his cane handle? Yeah, that was to make him a bit more jolly about having to walk with a cane for a week! |
John 5:24 "I can guarantee this truth: Those who listen to what I say and believe in the One who sent Me will have eternal life. They won’t be judged because they have already passed from death to life."
I love my grandpa, and know that he is strong by our Lord's grace!! Thank you all so much for your prayers.
Isaiah 30:18 "Yahweh is waiting to be kind to you. He rises to have compassion on you. Yahweh is an Elohim of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for Him."
I hope that you have a beautiful Father's Day soon, celebrating the wonderful dad and grandpas in your life!
